3. User Obligations and Conduct

You warrant that all information provided by you to UncleVision.dev is accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for the veracity and integrity of the data you furnish.
You agree to utilize the Service solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, nor restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Service by any third party. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, transmitting malicious code, engaging in data scraping without explicit authorization, or attempting to circumvent security measures.
You shall maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you for access to specific features of the Service and shall be held fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

UncleVision.dev retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio.

5. Payment Terms

Fees for services rendered by UncleVision.dev shall be as stipulated in the individual project proposal or agreement. Payment shall be remitted in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule and via the designated payment methods. Failure to remit payment in a timely manner may result in the suspension or termination of services, without prejudice to our right to pursue any and all available remedies for breach of contract.

All quoted prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be borne by you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UncleVision.dev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Our aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to UncleVision.dev for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
